Waterproof Shell! Prosoco water and air barrier

The fresh new orange look on MMCP’s exterior walls is a liquid-applied air-and-water barrier. Our board and volunteers self applied the Prosoco R-Gaurd Cat-5 Water and Air Barrier system to prepare the building for windows and siding.

We’d like to thank Prosoco Inc for the material donation, especially Pat Downey and Parker Sloan for the site visits and product demonstrations. We are also thankful for goCstudio’s introduction, Sawhorse Revolution’s input and Metis Constructions support in this process. We are happy to report that the building is ready to face the coming winter weather with a newly completed roof and the water resistant barrier while we wait for our windows and doors to arrive from the manufacturer.
